King Davis, Ph.D.
Dr. Davis holds the Sutherland Chair in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work. Dr. Davis is a widely sought after professional speaker, has held state-level Commissioner positions, and is the past Executive Director of the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health which funds mental health research and services.

Robert Englert
Mr. Englert is a co-founder of PLAN with Cecile DeWitt and Yvonne
Hansen and served as PLAN President from 2002 - 2003. He is a
retired attorney, who also paints watercolors. Mr. Englert is a
veteran of World War II, having seen action in China. He has
returned to China numerous times since then, and also collects Chinese
art.

David Evans
Mr. Evans has been the Executive Director of the Austin Travis County MHMR Center for the past 14 years, has been a state-level Commissioner in two other states, and is adjunct faculty at St. Edward's University and The University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work.

Mr. Farrell is an attorney in Austin with vast experience in special needs trusts and long term planning for people with disabilities. He has also published and lectured widely on these subjects.

Genevieve Hearon
Ms. Hearon is a community activist in a wide variety of programs and organizations serving people with mental illness. She is the Founder and Director for Capacity for Justice (a group seeking fairness and reform in the criminal justice system for people with mental disabilities), is a long-term trustee on the board at the ATCMHMR Center, and is on the board of Community Solutions, Inc.

Dr. Holtzman is the creator of the Holtzman Inkblot Test. He is a retired faculty member of the University of Texas at Austin and was former Executive Director of the Hogg Foundation.

Alicia Nash
Ms. Nash is widely known as a compassionate care-giver and effective spokesperson for people with mental illness. She studied mathematics at Princeton University, where she met her husband, Dr. John Nash.

John Nash, Ph.D.
Dr. Nash won the Nobel Prize for Economics for his path-breaking work on game theory. Dr. Nash received his doctorate in mathematics from Princeton University, where he is a faculty member. Dr. Nash's life was portrayed in the Academy Award winning movie, A Beautiful Mind.

Robert Ploger
Mr. Ploger is the Founder of PLAN of North Texas, which serves the Dallas area. He was also a key consultant in the founding of PLAN of Central Texas, Inc.
Bob Ploger received the Ruth Sharp Altshuler Prism Award from Mental Health America, Greater Dallas Chapter, on Thursday, November 13, 2008.
The award recognizes outstanding community service that meets the needs of persons with mental illness.
